This Gallery is for our customers to watch some of our more in depth builds as they progress. We will also feature some that we have already completed. This feature is so you the customer can get some idea of what it takes to build a special project just for you. We''ll try to show from teardown through to completion and we hope you enjoy this new feature. These are shown in order oldest to latest. Mike

2000 Club Car DS Gas golf car. Custom Build

Let's begin ... a stock 2000 Club Car DS Gas golf car.

Remove the canopy and begin tear down.

Removal of the front cowl to access the front suspension. Let's see those new seats.

Jake's wheelbase extension, Jake's 3" Lift Kit

Front suspension removed for Jake's wheelbase extension and a Jake's 3" lift kit.

A frames are modified and flipped, wheelbase extension plate installed

Front shocks are reinstalled using Jake's mounts from wheelbase extension kit.

Install the lift kit spindles and mount the stock hubs.

Can't wait, mount the 14" Tempest wheels and stand back and admire my work.

On to the rear ... install the rear lift. Notice, a little cleaning and some paint makes for a nice car.

Let's see the stance with all the wheels and no jack stands. OHHHH YEAH!

Fit the cowl back on and check the clearances, cut in the light kit ... more admiring.

Off to the paint shop, good time to run the wiring, oil and service, alignment, etc.

Paints back!!! Let's get a look at how it looks on the car.

Allsports shifter, Jake's 3" Lift Kit, 14" Tempest wheel, Stainless side panels

Get all that new paint installed, along with the shiny parts, Allsports shifter with an 8 ball knob.

Keep the shiny stuff coming, and let's start on the flip flop rear seat kit.

Time for the canopy with matching two tone paint, matching custom rear seat cushions.

TAAAAAAA DAAAAAAAAH ! Test Drive !!!!!

Much test driving and a wash job later ... let's get some pictures.

I love this color combination, all the polished stainless, and that rubber floor mat.

So damn shiny it's hard to take a picture of it. This car sold in spring 2011. No it wasn't cheap.

Here's Shawn Zezula's new car, a Yamaha G22. The start, a new frame back from powder coat.

Jake's Big Block motor plate bolts in nicely and it came in red powder coat !

Rear axle with limited slip, high speed gears, new shocks (HD Electric), Ameritorque disc brakes coming soon.

14" Vampire wheels, 23x10-14" Sahara Classic tires, Jake's 1" Wheel spacers, lower the front a little.

Suite seats custom built and embroidered seats with the Savage Racing Logo

Synergy Green is lookin good, special edition GM Camaro color is awesome in the sunlight.

A look at the engine with the header in place, we're getting close to firing it up.

Here's a look at the Ameritorque rear disc brake kit installed with 2" wheelspacers.

Another angle of the brake conversion, if you've got go you better have have WHOA!

A 4" wider than stock stance to ensure stability at speed. Hey, SAFETY FIRST!

It's been a while waiting for paint and some of the final bits and pieces but here's the final assembley day!

Lights, check. Horns, check. Kool as hell, check!! Fast as f**k, CHECK!

39 Ford tail lights really work on this body style. Nivel seat kit was stripped & powder coated in polished aluminum look paint.

At long last Shawn takes delivery! (sorry for the wait Shawn). He looks happy!
